NSVBA agrees to provide marketing, networking, training, support and service to its members according to the following Terms of Use.
NSVBA maintains and reserves the right to refuse membership and service to any individual and/or party.
NSVBA must notify membership in any changes related to rates and charges. NSVBA reserves the right to modify and change its rates and charges at any time upon such notification.
NSVBA membership is dependent upon payment of NSVBA membership fees. New Membership is $129.00 for the first year and $99.00/year thereafter. NSVBA Membership fees are due on the anniversary date of membership. Non-payment of membership dues on anniversary date will suspend the NSVBA member from access to all NSVBA benefits.
NSVBA membership fees are non-refundable.
NSVBA reserves the right to cancel the account of any NSVBA member if it is determined the members account violates NSVBA policies.
NSVBA membership is not resalable and cannot be transferred to any other person not a member of NSVBA.

NSVBA members are permitted to use the text, graphics, logos and recorded Webinars for use in their VBA businesses. Distribution and modification of any of the items mentioned is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with the Terms of Use will be cause for immediate account suspension and in extreme cases, permanent member cancellation.
